These events were a day to go down in the annals of Green Heron parenting.  These Super
Chicks are progressing VERY rapidly, including the youngest that fledged the day before yesterday.
All of them are on the wing to some degree, and one was even bold enough to be on land, which is
not typical behavior.  All these birds wanted to do was something, and they were driving one of
the parents ragged.

All the youngsters are in extremely good health, very vivacious, and behaving like birds that are
several days older.
