   This was the first half of May, 2013, a gorgeous month with perfect weather, as well as perfect opportunities for many photos.  Wilson's Phalarope was a new species of bird for me to encounter, and I was thrilled, as this bird is basically northwest of the great state of Oklahoma, as well as in breeding plumage.  What a find!
