Spring officially is here now, and trees are budding and flowering. A few spring birds are making their appearance, as well. While the Northeast is suffering with snowstorms and more below zero days than usual, our grass is actually beginning to get a little green. It could be a while before it gets warmer, but it appears that we are finally on our way. If you see a groundhog, though, give him a good spanking from me, even though I knew he was lying then.

This was one of those extreme wind chill days that I don't want to consider, but I really haven't been able to go out to get any clicks the entire week. It rained on Sunday, which was my birthday, so I have to make up for the week today and tomorrow. I dare say that I've had a very good start. Oh, by the way, the Bald Eagle and the Red-shouldered Hawk just weren't in a position for me to get them, too.
